The Space: - Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests - 3 bedrooms - w/ 1 king, 1 queen, & 2 twin sized beds - 2 bathrooms - 2 reserved parking spaces in the driveway. Please note they are short spots and may not fit a longer car or truck. There is also free parking available on the street. It may be more difficult to find a spot during the busy months. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker - Living room - Backyard with an outdoor dining table & outdoor shower. - For safety, the fireplace is not operable.
Note: - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable). - NO PETS - All comforters and pillows are down alternative in the house, except one comforter.

Other Things to Note: - This home is located directly next to a main road that gets busy during rush hour, so you can expect to hear some road noise during your stay. - We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you. - TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels. - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

Great place to stay. Bright, clean, and pleasant. Nice beds, plush towels, and great location. We rode bikes, so having a garage was great. Ping pong table was fun. It’s on a busy corner, but the road noise at night did not keep us up. Would highly recommended. Slept our family of 5 very comfortably. Great responsiveness from host.

Property was very clean and accommodating. Everything was there that was needed. Host was excellent with communication. We had a baby and a 4 yr old that visited and there was even dishware, silverware for them! What a treat.

Host was very attentive and responsive. We had an issue with the heater that was resolved with relighting the pilot light. Amenities were sufficient, would have liked a box or two of tissue and aluminum foil, Saran Wrap and some zip lock baggies. The beds extremely comfortable, linens and towels very nice. The location is excellent. Would definitely stay again. One maintenance issue: the main level toilet runs periodically.

Just the best location and host!
Can not rave about this space enough - such a quiet and cute neighborhood in the harbor. It is on a busy street but honestly we didn’t notice any traffic noise with windows shut. Walking distance from lots of great food spots too! And host was fabulous and so sweet.
