Front desk was kind and helpful. The rooms were beautifully kept. The breakfast was tasty. So much parking. There seems to be many restaurants in the area and shopping centers. I did misread and thought they had a pool but that's okay it was a nice place to spend the weekend.

We went to the Mission Inn for our 5th Anniversary. I called ahead to notify the staff amd was told. "Thank you for letting us know. We'll do something special for you." Nothing was done. We enjoyed using the outdoor hot tub. The bed was comfortable. We werent too happy about the price. We felt they raised the rates due to the holiday weekend.

So convenient for everything in Santa Cruz, and for drives headed north on Hwy 1. Clean and comfy room, free parking, free breakfast. My go-to hotel for the Santa Cruz area.

Our keys stopped working after an hour or two and the toilet began making a high pitched whine intermittently. I would add that the breakfast should include some sort of protein options. Eggs, bacon, sausage... something besides varying types of bread.

They were very stingy with the coffee for some reason. We had to beg for coffee for both of the mornings we were there. One coffee for you! No more….Otherwise, it was great! We will stay here again

The check in man was rude. The room looked nice upon entering. The bathroom is made of mold. Under the bathroom sink was a black ring of mold due to the dripping pipe. The linoleum in front of that sink was lifting up, maybe water damage. I could'nt shower due to the odor in there and my kid has mold allergy. The breakfast though had a large selection.

The Mission Inn was located in a great area of Santa Cruz. Bike trails near by to get to the beach and around town. Jennifer greeted us warmly at the front desk and accommodated our needs and helped make my husbands birthday trip be memorable. Benton was also a great help. The room was spacious and clean and the motel property was clean and well kept. The hot tub was delightful and well kept. We had an amazing trip to Santa Cruz and glad we chose the mission inn.
