I asked for another room because they put us by the dining area. The answer i got was, they cant give me a different room because i booked with Expedia. Middle of the night i was chatting with Expedia and they apologized and offered me $75 for my next booking and that i will have answer orsolution in 24hrs. 24hrs passed and checked out, no message from expedia. I spoke to the receptionist and another guy -looks like a manager when i checked out about my experience and they tild me that, thats the policy. Never had experience like it in any hotel i had used in the past. So whose to blame.
