They offered no early checkin. The front lady was quick to the point and kinds rude on the phone. The position of the bed and the t.v was off. The had the couch facing the t.v verse the bed. So if you want to relax and watch t.v you have to turn sideways.

It was ok……

We love Santa Cruz - the hotel is nice but too sterile feeling - the girl that checked us in didn’t even smile she was very cold and sterile. We won’t stay here again and we thought it did have room service, a spa for massages and a pool but I saw none of that and was told nothing when we checked in there were no brochures or staff suggesting fun things to do - the guy that brought coffee and towels was great and happy-

Fast check-in, very nice staff. Room was super spacious, clean and we liked the style of furniture. Valet parking only, OK for us. We left the car there and walked to everywhere. Saved us a lot of stress in Clam Chowder Cookoff traffic 😉

Great property 3 minute walk to the boardwalk, clean nice quiet. Small bar area, coffee and breakfast sold there. Breakfast was pretty good. Recommend it if your looking for great stay. 24 hr valet parking, get it from Expedia with your reservation it will be cheaper. Not many food or groceries with in walking distance. Yet close to down town.

Great deal

This is the second time my family has stayed at this hotel. Perfect waking distance to the boardwalk. It’s nice to see more nice hotel options around the Santa Cruz Beach area.

I love this hotel. It’s super nice, clean and the location is the best. Right in front of the boardwalk. And a short 5-10 min walk to downtown. Right next to the bike trail as well.

Tried to check in early and they wouldn’t allow us. Why? The customer service from the guy at the desk had no personality or even tell us about amenities. Look like they were updating the hotel. Would loved to have known they had a Starbucks available.
