The property itself was very good, but we never were offered the room upgrade and the free bottle of wine. I asked about the room on the first floor because we have a baby and a stroller. The staff at the reception confirmed that the room will be on the first floor, but it was on the second.

Super nice property and super quiet, very close drives to everything around is about 10-15 minutes away. We stayed with my service dog and felt very welcomed dogs are very welcomed at the property. Super wonderful staff since we had our dog we had noticed that the screen door in our room was damaged and they quickly changed our room no issue and apologized. Super amazing stay 10/10 would recommend if you’re going to Santa Cruz!

We enjoyed a hike in the woods on the grounds, the hot tubs and happy hour at the View restaurant. It was the perfect little getaway.
