Christmas Vacation

Beautiful place, great location. Short drive to all the great spots in Montecito – butterfly beach, coastal village shops, restaurants, Santa Barbara downtown etc. We had a fantastic family vacation over the Christmas break. A big shout-out to our host, Todd. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Super responsive to all our queries and made us feel very comfortable to the home. The instructions for our arrival and check-in were crystal clear with absolutely no problem. The house is very spacious with plenty of privacy, clean, upscale finish and exceptionally well-kept. Lots of room to spread out. Very comfortable beds and the house is fully stocked with everything that one needs for a home away from home. Kitchen was superbly appointed with all the utensils one could imagine. We had lots of fun cooking in the kitchen for our family. Great outdoor space with patio, hot tub and pool to spend lazy afternoons. Perfect way to relax and spend time with the family! We had an amazing time at Todd’s place and would absolutely recommend this for rental.
