My favorite place to stay in San Jose!

It was an amazing stay. Everyone and everything was top notch. People were professional and friendly, ready to assist if needed. The breakfast was Costa Rican style, very delicious. Coffee and tea available 24 hrs a day. The pool was warm and refreshing. Great canyon view, very relaxing and peaceful.

Everyone working at this hotel were super friendly and helpful throughout my 2 week stay. Excellent Customer service and welcoming environment. I especially enjoyed the following staff members who always were there when I needed anything and were so kind and went out of their way to make me feel safe and at home. Karen and Estela from the cleaning staff was very helpful and left everything clean. Isabel, Kenyell, Tamara, and Melissa from the kitchen staff were always attentive and helpful. Always made sure we had what we needed. Jessica and Eva from the bar always made me feel like i was drinking with a friend and always helped make my mother very fresh and tasteful virgin drinks with friut because they knew she was on meds. Jessica especially makes the best chiliguaro and guaro sours. Mario from pool maintenance always made sure to clean out the bugs because he knew i was scared even if it was a mosquito lol and he always made sure the pool was warm so i can enjoy my long stay there. He was very attentive. Karla from security is such an amazing soul her happy personality made me feel safe and at home. Lastly, Anthony who oversaw everything really was also so helpful in whatever i needed with such a positive attitude. I will definitely be staying there again.
