I ripped a shirt using one of their irons and brought it to the front desk. They didn't seem to care I just ruined a $60 dress shirt. The hotel dinner menu was weak and no real options for dining near the hotel.

Nice and friendly staff, property offers breakfast (included) and dinning options (not included). Offer tours and even car rental if needed and is location across different car rental very convenient. Has a mini souvenir/market place that offers a variety of options. Would recommend they also have a 24/7 shuttle service.

Average. One elevator didn't work correctly. Note on the a/c indicated we should use the "remote" which we never found but the a/c itself worked fine. Night staff was not friendly. They weren't rude, just acted like they were walking on eggshells. Perhaps a management issue? Morning staff was very friendly! Fine for one night. The free airport shuttle every 15 minutes was awesome.

Estuvimos solo una noche y fue una excelente estadía. Gran calidad-precio, sumamente seguro, transporte al aeropuerto las 24 horas e impecable personal. Tuvieron la cortesía de empacarnos desayuno para llevar ya que nuetro vuelo salía a las 3:00 AM, y el desayuno abría a las 6:00AM. Y fue el unico hotel en todod el vaije con loundry de monedas, lo que en Costa Rica es una necesidad con la ropa humeda.

You are by the airport so you can hear some planes, but wow, the convenience to be right by the airport right by all the rental car agencies. The breakfast was amazing. I will definitely stay there again, especially when you’re coming in and having to go through customs in the evening it’s nice just to be able to be so close after a long day of travel.

I have stayed here many times. It is close to some restaurants that you can walk to and the airport is only a 2 minute drive with the free shuttle from the hotel. Buffet breakfast is really good and has a nice gift shop. Hotel is very clean and rooms are nice with good beds and towels. I do feel it is over priced a little bit and should be under $100 but I guess you are paying for the location. Would recommend
