The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff were generally very friendly. However, unfortunately, we did not have a good overall experience during our stay. We stayed for two nights and noticed that basic amenities such as hair conditioner and Kleenex were run out in the room. While this may seem like a small issue, when you are traveling with children who are not feeling well, these details can make a big difference. When we asked for a spoon or fork, a restaurant employee informed us that they could not provide one because we were not dining there, which was disappointing. In the middle of the night, a false fire alarm went off. Staff mentioned that this had never happened before, but it was very difficult to fall back asleep afterward. Additionally, the shower knob in our room was broken, making it very hard to get warm water. Since our kids were under the weather, a cold shower was especially uncomfortable. A maintenance staff member kindly tried to help around 10 p.m., but the issue could not be resolved. We ended up taking cold showers and did not push the matter further because we had an early flight the next morning. Despite all of these issues, we were not offered any compensation. Instead, our bill increased for reasons that were unclear to us. We also have not receive our receipt from the hotel yet. Overall, while the hotel has great potential and friendly staff, our experience fell short due to several avoidable issues.

We stayed here for 1 night on a tail end of a family vacation. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean. It is a bit loud due to the proximity to the highway. However, a great option if you are headed to the airport. They have a great shuttle service and offered a to go breakfast for early flights out. Always a good sign when you see many flight crews checking in for the night.

The staff were outstanding! Lucia at the front desk was next level great! Our bell men and the restaurant staff were equally great. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel over all is nice and tropical theme, people very nice who working over there. Room kind of old, not AC, have to bring heater to keep warm.

The room was clean along with the entire property. The airport shuttle ride was smooth. Just be patient because you will have to wait. This hotel is like older like decor so if you like them 5 star hotels you may not like this. Some portion of the hotel is outside which I thought was cool how the hotel was designed. Overall I loved the place and the staff is soo nice. Yes they speak Spanish but they also speak English. Room service was also awesome.

They advertise in Expedia that they have a sauna and they do Not have it. (We needed it for our athletes) We paid more expensive than most hotels just to find that out. It's too far from downtown San Jose, coffee maker doesn't work, heater doesn't work, front desk staff is kind of rude. $3.70 for a bottle of water, we pay $1 in California!! All in all, too expensive for what you get.
