I was so happy with my stay. It was our one year anniversary and we were treated very well. The staff went above and beyond to welcome us and I can’t believe they remembered it was our anniversary!!! We had an amazing view of the ocean and the beautiful garden. I can’t wait to return!

Won't be back

The room was dingy and the floors were dirty, found dog kibble. The carpet was old and nasty-you don't want to walk on it. The bathroom door frame had a chunk out of it, closet hard to open and close, musty smelling because the bathroom has no ventilation for showering, toilet made continuous noise, shower dripped constantly. The beds sit in frames that are not clean. Overall it's old and not taken care of. Parking is $10/night.

our sports team went to Pismo Beach for tournaments. I was platinum and not sure other family status. They all got ocean facing rooms, I think I chose a room with a bit higher cost for partial ocean view??? Not feeling great value as a platinum guest??!!

Lovely Older Hotel with Amazing Beach Access

Front desk check in was friendly and prompt. they let us in early. the beds were too soft as my daughter and I both have bad backs and need a firmer bed. The patio (for our dog) was a disappointment because we had to keep her leashed as it was open to the outside and had gap under wall between units. But the place is awesome and close to the beach with the fire pits. Watched the sunset and took dog for walk to neighboring hotel with dog friendly patio for a bite. I would stay again due to location.

I had the last room lower level The view was blocked by a bush The couch was horrible my mom almost hurt herself sitting in it please throw that out The rug was literally wet when we walked in The beach access was no where near you had to walk around another hotel to get to it
