Terrible experience with greeting at this Hotel. We arrived at the property and no one was at the front desk. We waited with 2 other guest one was also checking in and the other one had a question. We waited, I tried calling the hotel with no answer in the phone or 800 number. Another guest knocked in the office next to the lobby. When she finally came back her name is Maria she was unprofessional. I did mentioned we had been waiting and her reply was not professional. Then we were given room#324 near the to laundry room, some kind of noise can be heard makes it hard to sleep. We dont recommend that room. The hotel is a Hilton, clean comfortable so you expect staff to be up to the value of the hotel. The property is great, sadly the staff was not.

Lovely clean property. Nice pool. Good gym. Extremely comfortable beds with great pillow choices. Friendly staff. Free parking. Near plenty of shopping. Not super walkable to anything but close by car. Did not eat the buffet so can’t comment on food. They do not have a day option restaurant on site only breakfast.

Bring a Pillow

Very nice hotel; our stay was excellent. The hotel is in great condition... still has that new car smell. You will have a great stay unless... The bar was virtually non-existent. No bartender was on hand, I guess... and it's a wine and beer bar. The bed was rock hard. This is subjective to preference, and can be positive for some people. Not so much for us. The pillows... absolute jellyfish. No form, no shape; impossible to fluff up. Bring your own pillow. We didn't have the breakfast buffet. They have a points program that they kind of push at you. I didn't choose to opt in. If you don't want to opt in, watch how you sign in to the free wifi. Use the promotional code option.

13 hour hotel stay.

We were there for an overnight stay as part of a road trip down the California Coast. Although we were only there around 13 hours we had a good night’s rest. It was easy check in and the shower pressure was strong which I like. Went to the gym in the morning and had a good workout with all their stuff. Also went back to the room and did a stretch using the Peloton app from the tv (free). There was a fried poop stain on the carpet and it smelled like pee if you were on the floor. Otherwise couldn’t smell anything. Overall had a great experience in such a short time.

Staff was very friendly. Beds need to be replaced. They were not comfortable. Mattress protector on 1 bed had what looked like blood. Seems like they don't check them very well as it was pretty noticeable.
