The Hacienda styled architecture of the hotel is beautiful, but our room had seen better days. It was large and clean enough, just well worn. There were stains in the carpet, I've seen better couches at the good will, some of the furniture was worn out. Unless you like a soft bed to sink into, there wasn't much life left in the bed. I expected a better room for the price. Breakfast was just okay but filling. The pool and jacuzzi was wonderful!

This property is in need of a major face lift - For the price is was underwhelming. Towel were so old and thin you could see through them, everything, and I mean everything was well past it's useby date.

Very disappointed on my stay. I feel deceived by the good reviews. This building is very old and it shows. Even though the rooms are clean, the building has aged and all rooms are due for upgrades. I stayed in the building connected to the lobby and I heard the door chime bell go off at all hours of the day/night from my room. The shower pipes would shake loudly when I would use hot water. It sounded like it was going to burst open any moment! I also could hear my neighbors above walking loudly. And the side entrance door would bang close at all hours too. It wasn’t a relaxing stay to say the least! I won’t be staying here again. The real positive was the cleaning ladies were very sweet and friendly when I would step out and would ask if I needed anything. And parking was easy. Even though someone still parked too close to me and ended up dinging my car door.

Great staff!

Wonderful rooms with great setup and plenty of space for families! Staff was very helpful with booking issues that I had and helped fix all problems!
