The hotel was descent I’d say the only up side was it was very close to everything and that the staff was very considerate. I stayed here 2 nights and 3 days for my anniversary and the first room they gave us had a broken tv and it smelled like they sprayed something to cover a nasty smell. The next room was fine until we got the first set of neighbors and the girlfriend was looking over there balcony into our room which was very strange since the guy had already saw us earlier that day walk into the hotel room next to him and then the next night we got new neighbors and it was a dad and his son and the dad was drinking beer and we could smell the cigarettes he was smoking and the next morning we could hear him throwing up but then again that’s not the staffs fault just my experience here. Also we did have cockroaches in the second room as well.

Great staff

The hotel was nice. Really big rooms. But the floor was filthy. Our feet were black every time we walked in there. Zero water pressure it took 10 minutes just to wash soap off my kid. Staff was really nice. Very friendly all of them. If you have a bad back do not stay here. The beds are so bad i went out and bought an air mattress just to get some sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the freeway, which made it easy to get to. It was a bit noisy from the traffic, but not unbearable. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel left a lot to be desired. The bathroom had cockroaches, which was very unsettling, and the property in general felt run down and in need of serious upkeep. The one positive I can mention is the staff—both the front desk attendant when I checked in and the one when I checked out were very friendly and welcoming. I appreciated that. That said, the state of the hotel itself, especially the cockroach problem, made my stay unpleasant. I would not choose to stay here again and hope the management takes steps to address these issues.

The location is right next to the freeway. I couldn’t turn off the AC and the bed sheets were stained and had human hair in them. I will not be staying there again

For the price we paid the room was outdated, the receptionist had his 3 kids in the laundry room and came out when I went to the front desk. All night you could hear people walking up and down and the area was giving motel vibes. If you’re looking for a peaceful beach trip how I was, there’s better options in the area in my opinion.

The absolute best value in a very well maintained, two story motel/hotel. It's only five to ten minutes from Pismo or Avala at less than half the cost of stays near the beach.
