Everything was great. We had a great time, the beach was an easy 5 minute walk. We loved the rooftop, you could sit and relax or use the Bbq. There was plenty of places to eat close by. There was plenty of things to do and see in the area. We will Come again.

Great location with easy walk to Seven Seas Beach. Stocked with beach gear (wagon, chairs, coolers, noodles, towels). Easy beach day with kids on a safe beach. Clean, comfortable. We had a very enjoyable stay at the villa which is right across from Seven Seas Beach. The villa was extremely clean. The rooms spacious, the beds comfortable. The hosts responded quickly whenever we had a question. The parking is directly in front of the villa. The air conditioning worked great ,although we hardly needed it with the beautiful sea breezes. It was great having everything we needed for the beach, (chairs,umbrella,cooler, beach toys). We enjoyed the rooftop terrace which has a kitchen, plenty of seating and beautiful breezes. The little extras like the coffee, sunblock and bug spray were very much appreciated. Great stay!

This place and the host were beyond what we were expecting. Before we even checked in the host helped with a few things that took that stress off of us. I can not thank them enough. They made sure throughout the stay that we were taken care of and didnt need anything. The house was beautiful, amazing views, walking distant beaches, activities and restaurants. We traveled with friends and this place was more than enough space. Close to the rainforest and not far from Old San Juan where we ate one night. I cant wait to come back to visit.

Just returned yesterday, what a beautiful unit and a wonderful area. The beach across the street is truly beautiful and calm for the most part, we hit some bad weather, but on the nice days it was just gorgeous and calm. Loved that there were restaurants within walking distance and loved all the little perks of the unit - coffee: sugar: paper towels, etc, I have been to many rentals that none of that is provided, sometimes it’s the little things that make a difference. The owners are extremely nice and very communicative. I hope to go back again next year. Thank you

This was a really great spot! Right on the corner where the beach meets the edge of town. An easy walk around the bay to a bunch of great brunch places with a couple of good spots for dinner right next door. Ivelisse and Michael were very nice and very communicative. The place itself felt very comfortable and we LOVED the rooftop hang out. We spent a lot of time up there. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing time in PR.

Amazing Villa Off Seven Seas Beach pt.2

We came back to Puerto Rico after a year away and made it a point to stay at Michael and Ivelisse's property for a second year in a row. The spaces are so well maintained and tastefully appointed with the ability to flow between a cozy gathering or spread out in comfort as we recovered from adventures across the island. The villa offers the perfect vacation retreat through each phase of the day with ready access to some of the best beaches, attractions and local restaurants on the East side of the Island. Sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails on the terrace are a must. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Amazing villa!

We had the most wonderful stay at Mike and Ivelisse’s amazing villa! They were the best hosts ever, super attentive with every detail and went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. The location of their villa is perfect for exploring the beautiful beaches across the street, and taking advantage of wonderful local bars and restaurants. The villa was spotless and the views from the outdoor spaces were incredible. We enjoyed the rooftop outdoor living space and ate several group meals there, enjoying the breeze and sunsets. The pool was also amazing! Best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at!

Wonderful Stay in Fajardo!

Beautiful condo right across from the beach. This is probably the most wonderfully appointed VRBO we have ever stayed at. There was even a bag of coffee, sugar and creamer, so we didn't feel like we had to rush to the grocery store until the next day to get ourselves set up. The hosts take great pride in their property and go out of their way to ensure their guests enjoy not only the property but also the area! With the porch and rooftop there is always a place to hang out and enjoy the weather, and you can choose how much sun you want to be in! Many restaurants within a short distance from the condo, and it served as a fantastic launching point for many of our adventures throughout the week!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Just home from our great vacation at Palma Vista Villa. The condo is clean, roomy and very comfortable. The top floor deck became our end of day relaxation area. Easy access to Seven Seas Beach and several very good local restaurants. Mike and Ivelisse are fantastic hosts. Great communication before and during our stay and they provided us with numerous recommendations for eating and activities. The house is stocked with great supplies for getting to and from the beach - made it very easy as we had 2 toddlers with us. Would definitely come back!!

Wonderful place to stay!

Excellent communication from the hosts. Address was difficult to enter into my app but got there just fine. Gated apartments. Beautiful place with a large private rooftop terrace with views of ocean and El Yunque. Unfortunately for us, and completely no fault of the hosts, hurricanes Ernesto came through half way into our weeklong stay and left us without power, which also meant no AC or water. The hosts (who are amazing) got the generator going for us which kept the lights, ceiling fans, fridge and microwave working. The terrace had lovely ocean breezes to help keep us cool. The hosts also brought us jugs of water and offered any way they could to help, including offering for us to shower at their home. Power went out about 2:30am early Wednesday morning and was still out when we left. Again, no fault of the hosts, but they did the very best they could considering. Location is great with some very good food within walking distance. Just a walk across the road to be at loads of beachfront. Place had all the amenities including a nice little pool. Everything you need in the kitchen. There was even sunscreen, bug spray, and after-sun available. More towels would be been nice beyond one for each of us, but wouldn’t have been an issue if power hadn’t been out as there is a full washer and dryer. Definitely would recommend this place to stay! And we would stay here again in the future!
