My biggest gross out was the roach problem. We stayed 3 days. Everyday we saw small roaches. Older rooms, dated. Patchy fixes like door handles don’t bother me as much as the homeless people living around the hotel property and parking lot. I also paid for my cousins room as he was visiting from overseas. I was kinda embarrassed we chose this hotel. Staff was super friendly tho, I don’t blame them. They were extremely helpful and attentive. they can’t control all these hotel problems. That’s a management issue.

Mark was an amazing staff at the front desk, helpful, courteous, funny, after a long drive day, he was a breath of fresh! The room was very clean and spacious, there was so much room for a family of 5 and so happy for the 2 in room bathrooms!

Surprised when I got there that there is a $15 per night charge for parking. Had I known upfront I might’ve gone with a different hotel considering I chose this hotel because it was a little more affordable, ended up being more. Also a car was outside honking erratically early morning hours, and no one told them a thing.
