Room was in poor physical condition but the worst part was the room was heavily infested with cockroaches from walls and lamp shades to the bath tub to the beds themselves. Took photos. Had to check out that same evening and look for accommodations elsewhere. Just a totally bad experience. Hotel said they couldn't refund the charges but had to go back through hotels.com.
Cockroaches everywhere.

Like adjacent dennys - no shampoo in the room. No appliance he has a who’s your tiny delicate refrigerator. Overhead light in the front was not working. I had requested a room with a refrigerator did not get it

Nightmare Stay

Hotel was Terrible,filthy,didnt even stay ended up booking else where after i already paid. Then was told when checking out i was on a banned list for "breaking a shower drain" total scam seemed really odd pretty sure there is prostitution going on and drug deals NOT RECOMMENDED

Amazing Customer Experience

The night shift worker was very attentive and had excellent customer service. He made our experience👍 there very welcoming and let us know what time coffee was and that ice machine was being rebooted. I needed some towels due to a soda spill and he was quick to assist with no hesitation. Thank you Motel 6 for a great experience. Two thumbs up.

Room was dirty and run down, key card had to be reprogrammed for my room several times, sometimes every couple hours. AC unit wasn’t good, sheet has a weird stain on it, and overall was just the worst motel 6 I stayed at. Mind you the last one had a massive leak in my room.
