I booked this hotel for an employee of mine for two weeks. She had to be moved three times due to odor and lack of cleanliness. The third room had stains on the carpet, leaking ceiling, no hot water and outlets not working. Hotel is non responsive and won’t provide refund.

Not like we remembered
I was very disappointed in our hotel. It is old but there is no reason for the carpets to be stained, the awful small in the hallway, the balcony to be dirty and the ac to be broken in the room. Our room was a steady 76 degrees. We had to open the door for fresh air but couldn’t sleep with it open. The walls were super thin and we could hear the kids running and screaming in the hall as well as slamming doors. The steakhouse was closed, maybe for remodeling, but it should have been advertised. The Starbucks and other restaurant were closed as well. We won’t be returning.

Once you get off the elevator, there is a terrible smell that permeates the floor and the room. Not just 4th floor, but I got off on 2nd floor as well to go to the fitness room, and it smelled the same there. The carpet is stained, the wall is bashed in, and the doors are banged up. For the price I paid, this place was dumpy. No fridge - no microwave. $6.50 for a bottle of water - well then have nice rooms.

Pros: Location, close to where I needed to be in San Jose. Access is right off the highway so it's simple to commute. Neutral: Plenty of parking, but $30/night the nights we were there. I didn't mind the airport or highway noise too much since i was there mainly in the late evening and left early mornings. Staff is fine, front desk was efficient but a request for a mini fridge was ignored even though they said they would bring one. Negatives: Room had a stale/old smell, door security latch was broken and hotel definitely shows it's age. Overall: I won't stay here again considering the options in the area and I'm willing to pay a little more. I actually checked out early and forfeited my 2 of 4 nights since I had other lodging options.

The coffee creamer in our room was spoiled when I went to the lobby to tell them & ask for a cup of coffee they would not give me one I had to buy one. for $140 for the night they could at least provide basic coffee for their guests as all the other hotel chains do

Not a ton of food options in the hotel, you’d have to dine out, but the hotel itself was very nice and clean and the pool was awesome! Would definitely stay here again

Not what I expected , it was muggy and had a muggy smell, furniture is old and run down, carpet was dirty and the lowest temperature you can lower it to is 65 but the room felt like it was 75 hot and stuffy. The pool Was nice and the bar area check-in area is updated and decent the rooms Look old

We requested a nonsmoking room and was placed into a room rigged with cigarettes. We couldn’t sleep so requested for another room, they transferred us to supposedly a club room. Not a club room at all the room was old, dirty and didn’t have soaps. Parking was $40/night. We checked out a day and a night early and went somewhere else. Waste of money!!! Will never stay here again.

Unfortunately i was extremely surprised that rooms doesn't have badic things like small fridge or microwave. Our room for all our time of stay (4 days) not even one time cleaned, taken trash out which any other hotels always offering. When i confirm with receptionist she said i probably put dont disturb which we didn't even have that sign in the room. Also be aware parking is $30/ daily which when i booked wasn't mentioned.
