Oh my goodness double tree is one my favorite and best hotel ever. Rooms service was super great. Customer service also great. Environment was so clean and fresh. My room was fresh and clean at all time. I did not regret my staying at Doubletree at all. My only problem was the price of parking 32 Dallas pa night. Please double tree, on behalf of will the customers can you guys please reduce the price of the parking please God bless. 962

Clean room, clean bed, a walking distance from the airport and to the light rail station. The hotel is nice and clean but it can use some major renovation upgrades. The carpets look old, the hotel room doors look like they have taken a beating. Overall, the hotel looks like a 90’s hotel. I would stay there again, because it’s conveniently located, but it does need a major overhaul.

Horrible stay, room was dirty. Heater did not work. Extra blanket was not provided in the room. No way to keep drinks cold. There wasn’t a refrigerator in the room. The room was the refrigerator. Staff was not friendly. I will not return to this property. I have stay at this property many times previously. This stay ruined it
