My car was vandalized by either an employee or person who the hotel refused to identify. To make matters worse, subsequesnt conversations with management were hostile and dismissive. There are other options in the same price range as this hotel within walking distance. Do not stay here. It is not only dangerous but the mangement truly does not care about your experience. I typically like to support independent hotels like the Hotel Capri but this hotel should be avoided at all costs.

Room wasn’t cleaned on checkin, crazy smell, cords hanging out underneath air conditioner, stains on all cushions and pillows, study chair covering peeling away, curtains all stained, poo in the toilet and Internal door to bedroom only has one door. Lady at checking wasn’t friendly at all on checkin. After asking for new linen, they did change the linen. Loud noises coming from upstairs all night.
Bed not made.
Chair needs replacing.
Cords hanging out.
Sofa all broken with only partial wire holding half together.

Couple was fighting with children in room staff watched as it became physical . Poop on steps from animal, beds are mediocre. At the very least the room was clean. Old school toilet hold lever and wait until everything goes down. Recommend staying at one of the other nearby hotels as there are many . Greenwich inn and cow hollow are fairly decent.

Big room and staff were good to deal with. Close to town and easy to access public transport. Only downfall was we had a level one room and the room was not soundproof and could hear the room above thumping around, which got very noisy.

This place is fine. It your typical Marina 1950s Motel. Out bed was comfy. They have DISH satellite TV. Remember these hotels in the marina have small rooms. But it was perfect It was your typical two star 1950s built Marina Hotel in San Francisco. We would stay here again. It was just our place to sleep for the night for New Year's. Parking is free. Did it charge me any deposit on my credit card. All in all a good experience

I could not believe the condition of the “Family Studio Suite” when we checked in. The curtains were stained and dingy. The couch and arm chair were stained and dirty. The office chair was ripped and the fake leather was cracking. The sliding door which was supposed to separate the rooms was missing in the track, so there was no privacy. When we went back down to the lobby to complain and request another room, we were told there were no other rooms available. Yet when I went onto my app, there were multiple rooms still available. The staff refused to switch our room or offer any refund. The only positive points about this hotel were the free parking and convenient location. I will 100% never book this hotel again.
