Room wasn’t cleaned on checkin, crazy smell, cords hanging out underneath air conditioner, stains on all cushions and pillows, study chair covering peeling away, curtains all stained, poo in the toilet and Internal door to bedroom only has one door. Lady at checking wasn’t friendly at all on checkin. After asking for new linen, they did change the linen. Loud noises coming from upstairs all night.
Bed not made.
Chair needs replacing.
Cords hanging out.
Sofa all broken with only partial wire holding half together.

I could not believe the condition of the “Family Studio Suite” when we checked in. The curtains were stained and dingy. The couch and arm chair were stained and dirty. The office chair was ripped and the fake leather was cracking. The sliding door which was supposed to separate the rooms was missing in the track, so there was no privacy. When we went back down to the lobby to complain and request another room, we were told there were no other rooms available. Yet when I went onto my app, there were multiple rooms still available. The staff refused to switch our room or offer any refund. The only positive points about this hotel were the free parking and convenient location. I will 100% never book this hotel again.

The room was clean-ish. I noticed some mold on the curtains which is pretty gross as well as not good to be around for those with autoimmune diseases. There were issues with the tv which is had heard from another customer when I was checking in, but we just kept pushing buttons and got it to work. There were some weird stains on the table/dresser as well. Not sure if it was food or what, but it looked gross.

It was perfect. Location was right in the middle of so much to eat, see and drink. The bed was super comfortable and noise level was surprisingly low. If you're looking for luxury, this is not for you, but the room was clean, and had that "old school" vintage aura that made me feel nostalgic. Staff was very helpful and inviting. Definitely staying here again when I return to the city.

Honestly, its an older motel so the walls are a bit thin. I woke up due to the people next door being loud but for the price WITH PARKING cant be beat. I would stay again without a second guess

Mattress was as old as the hotel and caved in on the middle. Breakfast did not start till 8 and it was a mad rush to get what was there. Parking and location was good, long walk to the Peir 39 area but doable.
