LOVED our stay here. The view from our room (304) was amazing. The room was comfortable and very large! We loved the location, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Beautiful place to stay and great for families. We stayed on the bottom floor which provided easy access to the pool and beach. Restaurant staff and front desk staff was wonderful. We did have challenges with housekeeping as they didn’t show up the first day we were there and we had to call twice on the second day requesting them to service our room. Our experience at Pacific Terrace was wonderful. Every employee was helpful and friendly, the beach chairs for our use were very convenient, and the room was large, comfortable and clean. They even sent a bottle of wine to the room to help celebrate my husband’s birthday. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The ocean views are beautiful but not sure the room I paid for was any different than the other rooms and the price seemed very high for the quality of the room which was pretty outdated. The dining service is terrible. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. I don't think I would stay here again, we like very upscale and this was OK, but more like 3 stars than 5.
