Some of the furniture with fake leather was very weathered and peeling. Overall my experience was good, although the morning I was checking out I noticed two additional charges billed to my credit card on file. I went to the front desk to find out what they were for, was told they were just authorizations and would fall off in a couple days and was provided with a receipt that didn’t show the charges billed to my card. A couple days later, they posted to my credit card rather than falling off, so I called the property to follow up again. Was told the charges were for the water bottles they leave in the room ($13 water bottles 😳) and the guy said they had already been refunded and the refunds posting to my account will depend on my bank. Hopefully they’ll post in the next few days. Also, I didn’t touch the water bottles. Even though there was no signage to tell you the cost of the waters, I figured the hotel would charge me for them, so I never even touched them.

Got bites from bed bugs. Plumbing also went out in the entire hotel on Christmas Eve and ee weren’t able to shower, brush teeth, flush toilets or use the pool

Rooms are extremely dated. Pleather coach was peeling all over it. Huge stain on the chair. I took Lucy and showed management but no meaningful apology. Was told the chair stain would be fixed by of day. That never happened the entire week I was there.

The suite gave our family more space which is great, and there’s def a family vibe to the hotel. The kids loved the outward facing elevators and the feeding the koi fish.

We loved the fact that the room is in the back so we can sleep wihth our dog with out him barking at the neighboors. We love the dreakfast, simple but good, and staff very helpful and nice.

Bed was hard as a rock. Felt like i was sleeping on the floor. Pillows were thin and useless. When I first walked in to check in I was there waiting for help at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Multiple people made eye contact and never even said anything. We ended up checking out early bc of these issues
