Built in 1923, this beach town retreat has tons of old world charm with all the modern amenities (private pool, hot tub, yard, bikes). Only 6 blocks to the beach, you couldn't ask for a better location. Dog Beach, Sunset Cliffs and some of the best bars, restaurants and vintage shops in all of San Diego are just outside your doorstep.

The space
Recently renovated, she is ready to entertain. The villa consists of a master bedroom with a king bed and en suite toilette, sink and mirror. A guest bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with a full bed and view to the ocean. We also have a full size bed that can be set up in the master bedroom or living area if needed.

*We do have neighbors nearby, so we ask that renters respect them by keeping outdoor noise levels to a minimum after 9:30pm*

Beautiful Property & Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this great location & beautiful property. It was close to the beach if biking/driving. You could walk but wouldn't recommend if you plan on taking accessories to the beach. The pool & hot tub were amazing! Enjoyed both everyday! We brought our dog so we definitely enjoyed having a property with a larger backyard. However, the dog park beach was so much fun & very close. Plus the neighborhood walks were quiet and beautiful. Very close to amazing restaurants, quaint coffee shops and cool bars. Hung out at Sunset Cliffs one night to watch the sunset, which was beautiful! We'd definitely stay here again! Again great location to do so many amazing things - whatever you're looking to do.

Beach House with backyard oasis

A very cute backyard with a wonderful entertaining space. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. The fire pit was delightful. The views are great. The location is very walkable to ocean beach. The main the shower is great with a steam shower. The master bedroom is roomy. Each room has its own AC unit which is great. The backyard is the star of the space. All the bedrooms are upstairs and the spiral staircase is beautiful and historic but very challenging to use. The two guest bedrooms are small and the beds are very firm. The bedding and linens are lacking for the price. I’d recommend brining your own pillows if possible. The kitchen is a narrow galley kitchen but clearly shown in the photos. The owner is great to work with and very responsive. We had a great five night stay.
