Happy but upset
Was happy overall with stay (room, breakfast, beds, living area, bathroooms) but disappointed i had to pay $16 a day for parking. If it was addressed on website when booking i would have stayed somewhere else. Will not return to hotel because of that. Upset hotel.com did not mention parking was not free.

The property seemed clean; surrounded by elaborate hotels. Great customers at reception's desk. However, upon entering the room there was a foul odor. A Staff member came with cleaning products and other suggestions. Minutes later we received a call that we were being moved to another room. That made our overnight stay very relaxing. The next morning breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Our dog did not disturb anyone. I believe he had a goodnight stay as well.

Hotel staff are very nice from the front desk to the kitchen. Breakfast was abundant and tasty. Our room was not very clean with long hairs left in the shower and dirty closet tracks. The bath mat was so frayed it should have been taken to the trash.

I usually really like staying at Residence Inn with the kitchen/living room and separate bedroom setup. The rooms are just really outdated and mine smelled faintly of cigarette smoke, especially when the heat/air kicked on. I'm not sure if that's just leftover in the carpets or what. The room itself also could have used a little extra cleaning, grime in crevices, pink mold in the shower etc. All the staff was super friendly and the breakfast was really nice
