The hotel was the perfect place to stay while visiting the Midway! The staff were very helpful — especially Vanessa at the front desk! The elevators were not an issue nor were the city sounds. I would stay here again!

Whist the hotel was clean and tidy the elevators were terrible and the dining facilities inadequate. Eating from paper plates and plastic cutlery is terrible for the environment and a horrible experience at best. The railway line next to the hotel was very noisy with trains being shunted through the night. Whilst we were set back from the railway yards it was still very noisey as was the in room air conditioner. This is not the usual experience expected from a Hilton Hotel property.

Nice hotel, right down near the embarcadero. Convenient and comfortable. Fresh breakfast daily and hot drinks always available. Would love to stay here again.

Stayed here with my family. Loved the fact that it's walkable distance to many restaurants , every night we would have a delicious dinner and then walk it off on the way back to our hotel. Our kids also liked the fact that there was a 24 hr Jack in the Box a block away. The hotel is also in front of a park with a great jungle gym for little ones. We were also walkable distance to the Water and checked out some of the sailing ships . The pool was clean and empty and also warm. The kids enjoyed night swims. Last but not least they do serve breakfast with a few options for everyone. Overall it was a good stay and would definitely stay again in the future.

Like: 5-6 minute walk from Santa Fe Depot. About a couple of blocks from trolley stop. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Little Italy was about a 10 minute walk. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Rooms were clean. Love making my own waffle for breakfast. Good assortment of breakfast items. We were a little early arriving (check in is 4:00) but front desk person was able to check us in. Dislike: minor thing - the view from our room was an empty lot

Quick trip to San Diego

Pros: Room was specious clean and bed was comfy . Bathroom nice size and clean. Typical continental breakfast was nice to have available. Great location easy to walk down to pier and see the ships and visit the Midway aircraft carrier . Cons ; The wall unit for heat / air won’t let you set it to have a constant fan going . Seemed to get warm snd stuffy in there throughout night. But then when it did turn it was pretty noisy and very cold . Temp didn’t stay very consistent throughout our stay. Train track with horn blowing just behind the building but got used to it . Parking $40 a night seems steep but maybe it’s not . All in all stay was pleasant.
