Enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to transport and Little Italy and the marina/pier area. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The free breakfast each morning offered a variety of options which were nice. Overall a really great place to stay!

I was put in a room with a handicap shower. The shower curtain was too short and most of the floor was wet after showering. I notified the front desk and asked for my room to be cleaned on Saturday and it was not cleaned on that day. The side of the building where we were placed was by the train, so much more noise and traffic on that side of the hotel.

The property was close to Little Italy and the cruiseship port. Perfect for getting to ship and not much traffic worry. Not sure why i was to pick a room when they gave me something else.

A very convenient hotel, easy bus ride from the airport and near a trolley stop (Little Italy). However, had issues as to when room cleaned - told every other day but that is not necessarily so' it is better to remind staff on desk when required. Biggest problem was paid for daily snacks but not delivered; staff on desk unhelpful.
