Good qualities- friendly helpful staff, room has a safe, hotel location in the center of Old Town, nice options to store your belongings, plenty of towels and good pillows. Bad qualities- musky smell to the room, no TV remote on arrival, vending machines were sold out of water but hotel sold their bottles in room 😳. Low water pressure in shower and the room safe is not bolted down to make it secure, you could pick it up and walk away.

Terrible hotel

Location is the only reason to stay at this hotel. The rooms are dingy and smell of mold! The inconvenience of taking 3 elevators to get to your room is ridiculous. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The lobby and exterior of the hotel are nice and updated. They really need to Invest in updated their rooms.

In a great location, lots of cool places to shop in Old Town, which is half a block away. The hotel is unique in terms of architecture. Room was spacious, quiet, comfy and I would stay again. Shuttle service was awesome and quick. The restaurant had a great breaky buffet and if you sit on the deck you get great a view.

Horrible stay

Waited 6hrs to finally get batteries for the tv remote and then the shower spout was broken waited for maintenance to get there n replace it, when it was replaced he just walked out upset cause they kept calling him for other maintenance issues, when my husband said is it good now he said yes n kept walking no acknowledgement what so ever, never staying here again

Over price for a hotel that dose not have 24 hours shuttle. Airport shuttle only starts 6:30 am Had to arrange Uber to the airport. Would not recommend staying here!

Property was unique and charming. Staff was accommodating. Food was good. Pool was heated and lovely. Staff went above and beyond to make stay it’s best. Only concerning issue is property is very large and challenging physically due to layout. If over 60 make sure you ask for best room location.
