I had an air conditioner that sound like a jet engine and keep up all night. I complained to management at check out and they refused to do anything for us. Shame on them and I be sure to tell everyone about it. I will go on all social media and have all of my family to go in social media and tell all that we can reach about this foul treatment.

The room was great however the front desk gave our information to an unauthorized person informing them we were there causing a disruption to our night and we felt distressed and disappointed as we had our son with us and did not want him exposed to said people that came we expected our privacy would be protected but did not feel comfortable
