Staff very courteous. Very nice rooms. The water went out one day due to a water break downtown and the staff handled it well give my us extra water bottles, etc.

Staff was RUDE they gave us the Wrong room and said the rooms on Expedia are NOT guaranteed since it’s a 3rd party spoke with management and she was rude as well did not want to fix the problem they also have a huge sign on there wall saying “if not satisfied let’s make it right or the night is on us” they FAILED to provide that service. When I tried to dispute it with Expedia the hotel management turned them down as well. Never will I stay at this place. They need better staff and Management.
