The floor was wet as if there had been a leak, no downtown view as described in the title. Vents needed to be dusted. Only one burner on the stove worked. Parking was on the street.

Great crash pad for a big group, great location for downtown or the alamodome. Neighborhood is a little rough and noisy and the house is pretty old, but it's decebtly maintained and serves it's purpose fine at a reasonable price.
