House was exactly as described and more and worked perfectly for us. Bedrooms/baths on separate floors provide privacy with groups. Owners were responsive and go above and beyond. Comfy beds and thick bath towels. Convenient laundry. Great walking location with short walk to the Pearl area, the river walk, downtown, zoo. Short drive to the airport.
