Honestly, I was very disappointed with this rental property. We had a packed weekend and were only at the home during the evenings, but even with limited time there, our experience was not good.Upon arrival, the exterior of the home was completely unkempt. Although the owner explained that the landscapers had been delayed due to rain and did come the following day, the condition of the yard seemed to reflect more than just a few days of neglect. It appeared that there had been ample opportunity during drier weather for the lawn to be properly maintained.Inside the home, we encountered several issues. The showers and one of the toilets were clogged, which suggests there may be an underlying plumbing problem. The beds were also very uncomfortable, and one of them appeared to be held together with a green bungee cord, which felt unsafe and clearly in need of replacement.Additionally, we saw roaches inside the home. One was even left by the bedroom door.Overall, I would not recommend staying here. I believe the owner needs to thoroughly address these issues before renting the property out again. For the price paid, I expected a much better experience and feel I could have found a more suitable place to stay.
