The property is located close to the city. The beds are very comfortable. The staff at the reception are very friendly and professional, the instructions were very clear and helpful, the cleaning lady on the second floor is a pearl. Extremely polite and easygoing. The main suggestion I would give is that the walls are overdue to be cleaned and refreshed.

Après avoir lu beaucoup de commentaires négatifs j’avais une crainte mais finalement j’ai aimé mon séjour, le lit était très confortable, l’employé à l’accueil était très gentille et souriante! Les deux seuls points négatifs : il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et nous ne pouvions pas changer le chauffage et il y a avait un odeur d’humidité dans la salle de bain!

Bon hôtel, on y dort bien!

Le lit que j'ai eu est un des plus confortable dans lequel j'ai pu dormir de toute ma vie, leur literie est excellente. Les serviettes de bain également. Jolie petite déco qui met une certaine ambiance. Le déjeuner est très bien, c'est un buffet et il y a beaucoup de choix. Points négatifs, pour la salle de bain, l'écoulement des tuyaux (bain et évier) laissait à désirer. Le bain se remplissait lorsque je prenais ma douche. Ce n'est pas extrêmement bien insonorisé non plus. Enfin, je ne sais pas ce qui se passait au dessus de ma chambre mais les gens n'arrêtaient pas de faire de grands allers et venus sans arrêt, toute la soirée. Mais je suppose que c'était un cas particulier, d'habitude les gens relaxent dans une chambre d'hôtel. C'était un peu ennuyant mais cela n'était pas fort au point de m'empêcher de dormir.

I dont think i will come again.

Was not good overall. The room had bad rotten smell. Shower curtins has molds on it. And floor was dirty. Dust was everywhere. Overall is bad. But the kids loved the pool.

Room was musty (dirty sock smell). We suspect dirty carpets was the source of the problem. We were told we could not change our room because we booked indirectly through Expedia. Tub drain plugged. Re-thinking using Expedia if onsite issues cannot be resolved easily. We do appreciate being able to securely store our bicycles on site. First and last time staying at this budget hotel chain.
