Clean room, Hot tubs were perfect - Wine tasting was amazing! We love this place, it was our 4th time here and will definitely go multiple more times! It's the place to be to relax and have time as a couple or a group of friends!

J ai du attendre 50 minutées de plus car a 4h la chambre étais pas prête J ai demandé d enlever la neige sur la galerie à Mon arriver le 11 janv et à mon départ le 15 janv il étais pas venu pour la neige à la réception à la fin il m’a vais charger 3 facture de nourriture et un valait pour la semaine à pret avoir regardé les facture de manger il étais même pas à mon numero de chambre les 3 étais different avec tout ses erreurs je suis pas sure de retrouner chez vous

Chambre spacieuse avec une taille idéale pour un séjour de 4 nuitées. Cependant, plancher qui se décolle par endroit. Toilette qui n'est pas bien isolée du reste de la chambre. Expérience spa basique : beaucoup de bruits, bassins extérieurs pas très chauds et peu adaptés pour les froides journées d'hiver. Il faut absolument réserver les restaurants à l'avance, puisque le personnel du Voilier est peu enclin à accommoder les clients, en dehors du menu pour emporter, même lorsque beaucoup de places assises sont disponibles. Heureusement que l'équipe de La cave à vin était flexible et accueillante.

Staff was great. Beautiful room. Awful pillows. 3 out of 4 pillows need to be thrown out. Lumpy amd hard, or super thin and hard. But pillows will not stop us from booking again. Everything else was fantastic.

À notre arrivée, nous avons attendus au moins 30 minutes à la réception pour pouvoir confirmer notre arrivée. On nous a annoncé qu'il était préférable de se présenter au bâtiment adjacent pour confirmer notre arrivée. Le lendemain matin, nous avons voulu nous rendre au spa extérieur et avons appelé la réception pour obtenir des robes de chambre afin d'aller au SPA extérieur. On nous informe qu'elle devait être dans la chambre qui n'avait pas été rafraîchie et qu'un appel était placé immédiatement. 4 heures d'attente et 3 appels plus tard, nous avons finalement reçu les robes de chambres (dont une qui était trop petite pour un adulte) et nous as fait manquer l'heure du déjeuner. Pendant l'attente, nous nous sommes rendu au restaurent à 11h00 et avons été accueilli par un préposer qui a refusé de nous placer en nous indiquant que le restaurent était fermé afin de préparer le dîner. Nous avons dû revenir plus tard pour le dîner. Par chance, la nourriture était excellente malgré le fait qu'elle soit très dispendieuse pour l'offre. Nous avons fait des réservations pour la dégustation de vin ainsi que pour le souper et avons finalement annulé la réservation du souper afin d'opter pour une bien meilleure solution à Ste-Adèle. Nous avons quitté frustré du service le lendemain matin et avons fait un stop déjeuner pour un excellent déjeuner à Ste-Adèle. Très bel hôtel avec d'excellentes installations mais, expérience gâchée par un service déficient.
