Excellent location to shopping and dining. Rooms are a bit dated, yet clean and quiet. Beds comfortable. Spacious bathroom. Staff is welcoming and helpful. We have stayed here three times and will return!

Nice property if it had a chain’s supervision (like Quality Inn or Beat Western) to monitor key criteria . Bedroom cleanliness was questionable. Toilet bowel had a dirt ring. Sheets were not changed for the second day of stay. Refrigerator was not working causing spoilage of milk, yogurt, fruit requiring refrigeration.. The owner/manager was indifferent The pricing and facility suggested a 3 star rating. But the stay was subpar.

I did not like that the manager (I presume) never looked at me saying bye at my departure. All the rest I liked! But why is this survey just in english?? It should be bilingual. We are in the province of Québec and we prioritize french!!

The hotel is gettingboldcandcrun diwn. Carpets were dirty. Hadvto changecroom cause it wasnt cleaned properly. Fridge wasnt cold asked for assustance and got excuses.

Rideau de douche sale qui sent l’urine. Éclaboussures douteuses sur le mur de la toilette et la vanité de salle de bain. Personnel qui ne fait rien pour améliorer l’hygiène quand on leur demande. Trop cher payé pour la qualité.

The room was not clean enough for a new guest. Used tissues under the bed table, dirty room mirror, very dusty in general. The tissue box was empty and the toilet paper roll was at its end when I arrived. The emphasis was put on tipping the cleaning crew both with an envelope and on the bathroom mirror, but it was not up to standard.
