Front desk (Patti) was so lovely. Hotel amenities were great (sauna, hot tub, kitchenette). The hotel is literally at the foot of the mountain. We would come off the hill, walk 200 steps to the hotel and come back to the hotel for a quick lunch. Included breakfast was good too - much more than your typical cereal continental breakfast. Only complaint was that we came back to the room after skiing at 4pm and housekeeping was still there so we had to wait outside of our room with our ski gear on for 15 mins.

We called ahead as we rented a few suites for a larger family gathering, we inquired about kitchen supplies and was told that whatever wasn't readily available we could get from their kitchen. We got there and it wasn't the case. We called ahead as we were happy to bring whatever was needed. This was disappointing. The rooms weren't vaccumed ahead of time, my toddler found tylenol pills in the bedroom we did not bring and there were food wrappers when we pulled out the fold out sofa. For the amount we paid we thought there would be a bit more attention to detail. Majority of staff were pleasant and the location was ideal for winter activities.

Room was very big and convenient with full kitchen. Good sauna and hot pool! Location is impressive, just in front of the lifts machine. Things to improve are the quality of the breakfast (although is included free!) and the lobby its a bit small. No place to mingle. We will be coming back!

This is solid 3* resort. Good location. Big rooms. That’s about it with regards to good stuff. Negative - The rooms are boring, and have no identity. Breakfast is horrible. I overheard other people say the same, so it’s not only my opinion. No room service. Staff should be more friendly. They are very neutral but it’s Quebec so it’s probably cultural thing. Will not stay here again, not worth the money.
