I had booked a room with a mini kitchen, but I was surprised to find that there were no dishes provided. It was unclear why I was paying extra for a kitchen and microwave when there were no utensils or plates available.The TV remote barely worked, and the TV volume was limited to a level where it was difficult to hear anything. Additionally, the fridge and air conditioning made unusually loud noises throughout the night. I generally don’t wake up due to background noise, but this was noticeably louder than expected.I had assumed the hotel had a gym, but it turned out there wasn’t one. That was my mistake for not checking beforehand, though it's uncommon for hotels not to have at least a small gym.The breakfast options were quite limited in terms of healthy choices—the only option was boiled eggs, while the rest consisted mainly of sugary carbohydrates.Communication was exclusively in French, with no translation option. I had to copy and paste emails into a translator manually. Lastly, I kept receiving bank notifications about declined or attempted charges , When I went to the lobby to inquire, I was told that this was their daily method of verifying sufficient funds for the stay.Overall, my experience was disappointing due to these various inconveniences.
