Had 2 great nights with our grand children. Loved the pool and hot tub and skating rink. Close to ski hill and other amenities. Restaurant was good as well. Very comfortable rooms with everything you need to make meals.

Fun ski week at Le Grand lodge. 25 year old property is in good condition but could use some updates. The staff is outstanding and this is a great place for families. Shuttle to skiing and much less $ than pedestrian village. Ice skating in the woods was fantastic!!

Disappointed with our accommodation

This was our first booking here. Quite honest, my experience was not the greatest. Firstly, our check-in was slow and painful. There was only 1 person working the front desk, computer issues ? I had to come back with our credit card after beind told it wasn't accepted ? This put a bad start to our vacation. Then, the elevator was not working, been broken for a while at that point...we were put at almost the end of the hall thinking it was the worst room...no pots, pans, dishes missing? Not much to work and very frustrating to have to call down at reception daily to 2x daily on some occasions. The only good thing really was the bed was comfortable. The overall room and decor is " dated", you can tell its a 25 yr old place. Will we go back ? No. This place is not worth the price. Even the restaurant on site is very experience and limited choices. For what we got it wasn't worth it. The overall service and expectations was below what we have come to expect. We don't recommend this place and will not be booking here again.

The ice rink and forest skating trail were a big hit this year. Breakfast buffet is a good price for what you can get to eat. Pool area could use some renovations, starting to deteriorate from humid conditions. Balcony has sign about not leaning on railings so likely need updating as well. Rooms have murphy bed, pull out couch and separate bedroom. Kitchen area has what you need but could update a few things.

Notre chambre n’était pas prête à notre arrivée à 15h30 et toujours pas à 16h. On nous en a assigné une autre qui était libre. Pourquoi ne pas l’avoir fait à 15h30? Très ordinaire le service à la réception dans l’ensemble. Qualité de l’équipement de la chambre et propreté médiocre. Peu d’équipement de cuisine et ce qui est disponible est de piètre qualité, usé et plusieurs items brisés. Les matelas du lit mural et du sofa-lit sont peu confortables tout comme les oreillers et la literie. Ne correspond pas à une Suite Deluxe ni à nos attentes du prix payé. L’équipement de la piscine est abîmé et mal entretenu. Les pistes de ski de fond n’étaient pas tracées en pleine Semaine de relâche. Nous avons passé 1 heure à les chercher, car il n’y avait aucune indication pour finalement informer l’hôtel qu’elles n’étaient pas tracées. Avec des enfants, c’est plus que décevant. Très déçue dans l’ensemble.

Pleasant place with a number of attractions

Pleasant place to stay at. A bit worn out rooms, but the lake views are stunning! We stayed at PH level which was quiet and secluded with balcony facing the frozen lake. Kids enjoyed the ppol, hottub, game room and skating trail - plenty of things to do in the evenings. One has to be pretty disciplined catching up the shuttle to Mont Tremblant resort which runs every 30 mins and takes about 10 mins to get there, but that is pretty doable. Would be glad to come back )

Nice lodge at a good price within minutes of Mont Tremblant. Good size 1BR unit with full kitchen. Restaurant and bar onsite were convenient after a day of skiing. Ourdoor ice skating trail was cool and the pool and hotub were a nice bonus. Would stay again if back in the area.

We recently stayed at Le Grand Lodge , and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding—every staff member was welcoming, attentive, and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Check-in and check-out were fast and seamless, allowing us to start enjoying our stay without any hassle. The hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous views that made for a truly relaxing atmosphere. The accommodations were very comfortable —spacious, clean. Whether enjoying the scenery from our room or exploring the property, I felt completely at ease. The steam rooms and saunas were an awesome extra—just what we needed to unwind after a day on the slopes. A major plus is the hotel's convenient location near the mountain. Whether you're visiting for skiing, hiking, or sightseeing, getting there couldn’t be easier—the hotel offers a shuttle service that runs every half hour to and from the mountain, making transportation seamless and stress-free. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free getaway.

Quick ski vacation

We stayed for a two day ski vacation. Our room was well equipped and comfortable with a stove microwave and fridge. The lodge is old but well maintained. We enjoyed the pool after skiing. They have onsite ski storage, and a ski shuttle to Mont Tremblant ski area. We rented skis from the shop next to the hotel also very convenient.

We enjoy activités at thé hôtel (pool an rink) and around at Tremblant (especially Domaine St Bernard). However, we missed good coffre (Nespresso machines provide cheap coffee), thé restaurant on thé Sunday night of our arrivâl or for lunch, enough body soap or even shampoo rince . We also notice de lots of noise around our room.
