Staff are not the most solution oriented and friendly in their approach. The outside spa/pool is great. The bar/coffee in location closes pretty early (9pm). Good choice for the price but doesn’t excel at anything.

This is a nice hotel- BUT- it was advertised as .4km from Mont Tremblant for skiing. It was FOUTEEN km from the chair. Not the ski-in, ski-out I was anticipating.

Would stay here again.

Check in was quick. Staff was polite. No issues checking in with a service dog, which is not always the case in Quebec! The room was excellent, bed comfortable and room clean. I was a little disappointed with the restaurant menu, but I guess that is not their focus.

Loved being able to swim outside in the middle of winter in a lovely warm outdoor pool with snow and lights around us. The town was so cute as well with many lovely shops and only a 1 minute drive or totally walkable.
