Really good service. I would suggest when it’s check in time at 4 o’clock one person on the desk is not enough. There was a lineup of probably 20 people. Great view from the balconies. I will stay there again. The pool is nice.

The location was close to everything and reasonably priced. There was no house keeping though which is a first for me at a hotel…and so no one available to bring things like extra pillows or bedding for the pullout or extra towels . The tip envelope for house keeping seemed unnecessary given there wasn’t any housekeeping. That said it suited our needs with the little kitchenette and fridge and proximity to the hill.

The lobby of hotel very clean and welcoming there was a room I e den that had a fireplace the temperature room air perfect not too cold or hot the elevator close to check in easy to get to room and fast no waiting for elevator the room was gorgeous a faux balcony with view of Main Street right bellow my only issue with room no plug in port for cell phones should have those lamps with them the bathroom had a tub it was old and outdated the micro broken the woman at front desk was not friendly somewhat rude as well other than that great stay highly recommend

The location of the hotel is great. Steps from the Cabriolet. The facilities are nice. The room was great. Booked a studio that had a kitchen and there was a small balcony where we could sit outside and look towards the lake. Very nice. Front desk staff helpful and efficient even though it was quite busy.

Booked 1 night through Expedia over 2 months before stay. Car broke down the day before so I had to cancel. Given the extenuating, out-of-my-control circumstances, and past the refund deadline, I thought maybe the hotel would consider at least giving me a credit for a future visit. I spoke to the front desk 3 times. Was told the manager would call me back but she never did. Expedia sent at least 2 emails to the hotel that were never acknowledged. Lessons learned: 1. This hotel treats 3rd party reservations like second class citizens - is this the industry norm? 2. I will think twice before using a booking service like Expedia in the future. As convenient as it is, I’m out of pocket over $300. Monica
