We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family of 4. The apartment was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. A short walk to convenient stores and plenty of eateries close by. We would definitely stay again.

A good size family room for 4 of us. Great location to the train station, the family mart and plenty of little restaurants around. Great location to Akihabara and Ueno. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

The room we had was in great condition upon check-in. Very convenient. We had a 24hr layover and we wanted to explore Tokyo for a few hours and take a quick nap since we arrived at 5am. Would stay at this hotel again for sure.

We love staying at Shinagawa Price for the location, size of room (two twins good for one person). We noticed that the areas we walked to the elevator were not cleaned the entire stay (some little items were there the entire week).
