Garbage pickup: Monday morning — put bins out Sunday night, return to the right of the garage behind the gate Monday.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM strictly enforced. No backyard use after 10 PM. Minut noise monitoring measures volume only (no recording) and alerts if sound exceeds 75 decibels.

Parties: No parties or gatherings of any kind — illegal at Sacramento STRs. Violation will result in removal.

Guests: $25 fee per undisclosed guest over the booked number (including non-overnight visitors).

Check-Out: By 11:00 AM. No late checkouts ($100/hour penalty). Please start the dishwasher, start a load of towels, and take out all trash.

Parking: Garage + driveway + directly in front of our home only. Do not park in front of neighbors` homes.

Smoking: No smoking inside ($300 fine). Backyard only.

Candles: No candles inside — fire hazard.

Pets: $100 non-refundable fee per pet (2 max). Must be potty-trained. No pets on furniture. $100 fee for waste found after checkout.

Furniture: Do not rearrange furniture — it damages flooring.

Plumbing: Toilet paper only.

Garbage: Put bins out Sunday night for Monday pickup. Return them to the right of the garage behind the gate. No trash in the green waste bin.

Electronics: Do not unplug anything. Some devices operate the smart lock and doorbell.

Damage: Report immediately via the app. Stain remover under the kitchen sink and in the laundry room.

Utilities: Turn off lights and lower heat/AC when leaving.

Security: Exterior cameras and motion sensors. Minut noise monitoring inside. Smart lock auto-locks after 30 minutes.

Lost Items: We cannot package and ship items left behind.
