Its a very neat and clean little place. Deon is so kind and helpful. The neighborhood is a little loud. Its right off a busy street. There was a sound machine in the main bedroom if you need that sort of thing. We knew this when we arrived, so just research before you go. One room has kids beds and the other a nice bed for adults.

Mixed feelings

Great for a small family that will not be on property often. Well kept older home next to busy road. Not good if your a light sleeper. New major appliances. Very responsive property manager.

We were in Sacramento for our grandson’s 3rd birthday. We had all we needed for a good stay at this house. Comfy furniture & spaces.
