The property and facilities were very good. Upon arriving from our cruise port around midday we enquired about check-in and we’re told 3pm. When I politely asked about the possibility of an early check-in, without even looking at the bookings or cleaning schedule I was given a resounding “No” which I thought was a bit harsh. We we told we could we could spend some time at their buffet lunch, at €22, which was very nice.
At 7.30 we decided to go to their restaurant for a quick dinner and we’re advised that the restaurant was completely booked, and the next availability was at 9pm which didn’t suit us as our friends had a very early flight the next morning. The restaurant was almost empty, and there were only 4 people in there. Having being advised that all tables of four were booked for 8pm, and it was only 7.30, I advised the Maître Di that we would be very quick as we wanted to be back in our rooms early. He apologised and said there was nothing he could do and suggested we order Dine-in, at an additional €18 per person surcharge on top of our meal price. We felt this was outrageous and my friend spoke to a gentleman in reception who, after hearing about our situation reduced it to €18 per room.
As our room was close to the restaurant we were required to walk through the restaurant to go anywhere within the complex. When my friend returned from speaking to reception she noticed that the restaurant was still empty, so we periodically checked and found that by 9pm there h

just one night before 24 hours flight to Australia
The Spa is OUTSTANDING Roman / Turkish style multiple choice hot cold etc and beautiful gardens with many spa pools. Very quiet and relaxiing . top class food

Excellent Hotel near Fiumicino Airport
Pros:Its elegance, the professionalism of staff, dining without having to leave the complex, massage and spa facilities, large garden and quietness.
Cons:A little more time between courses at dinner. Otherwise, perfect!
Location:Perfect location for either commencement, completing (or both) intra / international holidays.
An extraordinary surprise to find such an oasis close to Rome's International Airport! Our room was more than comfortable, tastefully decorated, airy and with a modern, roomy marble bathroom etc. Breakfast was delicious and served either inside or outside on the terrace overlooking the large garden. Our meals at dinner were superb with the size and quality balanced to perfection! We will definitely be treating ourselves to further stays at this wonderful hotel. Congratulations to management and staff.
