Room was very dated, scuffs on walls, dodgy kettle, no bottled water. Lift was bashed in places and corridor carpet disgusting. Bathroom tiny. Overpriced stay. Our previous hotel in Rome was luxury for almost half the best western price. I would not recommend this hotel to friends or family.

When selecting a hotel for a last-minute stay due to a flight delay, we selected this hotel because it appeared (due to pictures and description) to be very close to shopping and dining. It is NOT. It is walkable, but not through a very nice area. Also, you will pay €8 pp for shuttle service to/from the airport which is efficient and convenient. The room is a little cramped and hallways are dated with old carpeting, but we also didn’t pay top dollar for the stay. We did not take advantage of the on-site restaurant, but instead opted for the 15-minute walk to the restaurant area close to the marina. Staff was courteous and fully bilingual Italian/English.
