Overpriced for what it is. Very cheaply put together room with sticky floor and air conditioning that barely works. Gym was way too tiny. Airport shuttle was convenient, but uncomfortable and with no luggage storage space. Only bright spot was the breakfast, which had great variety and was delicious.

Perfect property for a quick layover as I experienced. There is an airport shuttle that comes every 20 min or so. It was clearly marked outside the terminal and easy to find. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and multilingual. The room was quiet, clean and spacious. I only stayed here a few hours due to a connecting flight, so cannot comment on parking, restaurant or other services. However if I had a quick layover I would stay here again. The shuttle back to the airport was easy and quick. There is a train station at the airport to bring you into Rome proper. If you have an advanced credit card, no need to buy a ticket, just scan at the gate.

Hilton Garden Inn at Rome's airport

Following a cruise, we spent one night at the Rome Flumincino Hilton Garden Inn before flying back home to the States. This property is showing its age and starting to look run down. The staff personnel were friendly and efficient. The room was a letdown from usual Hilton standards. Nothing was actually wrong, but the room just didn't seem very inviting. Food in the dining room was very good.

Convenient location. this hotel is very busy, check in desk, bar and restaurant were packed, didn't eat there, so no opinion on food. Regular dluble rooms are small, basic amenities but enough for the night before travel. A+ for flooring and no carpet in rooms, clean rooms with 2 bottles of water, coffee maker and tea kettle. convenient shuttle to the airport. NOTE: shuttle runs every 15 minutes, on schedule. shuttle stops many times, on request and scheduled stops. The airport is huge and very poorly signaled and very disorganized. take the shuttle no less than 3 hours before your departure time, since shuttle makes stops along the way.

Although the staff was friendly, the check in process is a nightmare. There are only 3 check in computers available, and it was extremely crowded. Our check in took over 30 minutes, and our group was third in line. Also, if you want to purchase snacks, you have to pay in at the same desk that you check-in. My suggestion is to add more staff so that the check in process is easier & open a separate desk/cash register for those who wish to purchase snack. If you don’t mind the long check in process, the property is conveniently located 5 minutes from the airport and the hotel does provide free transportation.

Ton finish our trip we stayed at this hotel. We knew it wasnt going to be a destination hotel, but the food to say the least was very subpar. The pasta was very salty, the pizza was soggy and it is not an experience I would recommend to anybody.

This property is tired and needs some money invested into it. The staff, however, is wonderful! They efficiently deal with non-stop, mass arrivals 24/7 and watching this is entertaining, in and of itself. Bus service is extremely efficient and handy. Not much to do during a layover, though.
