It was clean and nice. But the food is insanely expensive. 20 euros for 5 ravioli. Pick something up ahead of time if you can. They have a small Grab and Go section near the front desk which can suffice in a pinch.

Everything was very straightforward. Clean and the staff at the desk did a great job catering to all the leople there. Very busy and they were super helpful! They do have a 55 euro check in early fee or hold your bags for free till check in. This was convient after a long long flight. Airport shuttle was amazing and on time. 12 euro a person for buffet breakfast. Which was pretty good

Unacceptable. The bathroom door wouldn't close -- the door had warped so it wouldn't fit the frame. This left no privacy for the person using the bathroom and left nothing to the imagination of the other person in the room. This didn't happen overnight, either. The staff apparently hasn't cared enough to fix it yet, though they still rent it out. Leaving that aside, the mattress was rock hard, the pillows were bricks, and the sheets were sandpaper. ALL I want is a decent night's sleep before departure, but that was impossible here. We paid over 300 Euro for this -- do yourself a favor -- pay a little more and avoid this place. Or, if you have an early flight like we did, just go to the airport and sleep on a row of seats. You'll be better off. This hotel is taking advantage of its location near the airport to charge top rates, while doing as little as possible in the way of comfort or service.

Once I understood the airport transfer all was good, but the reservations said to contact hotel 72 hours before arrival for shuttle.. It should say got to arrivals and out side but A8 and shuttle will pick up every 15 minutes
