One of the reservations had been cancelled for an unknown reason. The personnel were able to solve the issue quickly and provided us the rooms. The rooms were excellent and service was great.

I wouldn't have known I was in Italy once I stepped inside. Felt like any roadside Hilton in the Midwest. But I needed to get to airport early and wanted to ensure my elderly parents could get to airport without me. 24 hour free shuttle and knowing the bathroom would work and getting a price below $200/night/room had me with little options.

Nothing much to say about it, just a place to sleepover or rest enroute. Shuttle service works well and every 15 minutes. Advise: go to the hotel with the shuttle from airport train station, and not Parco Leonardo!

I reserved a room with a king size bed, when I checked in there was only 2 twin beds available. The evening staff was not able to access the system for bookings and reservations. they did not notify us when the breakfast was served until. We woke up and no breakfast was available not even a small to go option. they were rude, short and left the front desk to "speak with a manager" did not return for 10 minutes, with just a "sorry for this". NEVER stay at this hotel, dirty, rude and you could lose your reservation option

The food was great i will say amazing i can say that because of the food i will comeback, however the Toilet was dirty and the blower in the restrooom didn’t work and if you have USA charger you better get and Europe charger because the hotel will not provide one for you. I travel to Europe a lot so I carry my charger with me always when traveling.

Checked in and the third bed hadn’t been made up….. went down for dinner and we were ignored by the Maître D’ for 15 minutes before being seated then ignored for 10 minutes before our order was taken. Then the waiter forgot my drink order…. Food was good but service was terrible. Not what you’d expect from a Hilton.
