The breakfast was sub-par because, although I was there first thing, the cooked options were not warmed up. Also, one of the coffee machines was broken and the restaurant was very busy. The airport shuttle was supposed to be every 15 minutes but I had to wait longer that that.

We went to the restaurant in the hotel. At first we were greeted with a smile. After being seated a lot of time went by. The waitress with short brown hair finally came up to us didn't say hi or anything. Basically threw bread at us and kept going, no eye contact, didn't stop to see if we were ready order or wanted drinks. About 30 mins later came back for our order and never checkef on us again. Someone else brought out the food. Blonde hair and was nice. We had to go to the counter to pay. The same waitress with brown hair, acted like we didn't exist and again ignored us. Another person came, so we could pay. By the way, paying for bread we didn't ask for and crappy service is not right, but it was on the bill. If we had other options we would have gotten up and left.

Room was clean but very dated and quite small. Bathroom door didn't latch all the way. Lobby, restaurant, and common area were roomy and nice. I just had a quick overnight layover, so it was adequate for the stay, but I would probably choose another property next time.

Beautiful clean room and hotel. In middle of nowhere. The taxi to go to town was expensive I think I got ripped off. The front desk says no Ubers go there but I took an uber back. I would not use the local taxi they recommend unless you speak Italian

Staff is wonderful. For the rate and amenities - hotel experience was over priced. Hilton of this caliber price rate should not feel like staying in a clean but outdated hotel. Pro though is the easy access and frequency of the shuttle bus to and from terminal 3.
