Lift was not close enough to the room I was staying and there were a couple more stairwells to climb before reaching the room. There were no offers to help with luggage. Service at the desk was not consistently friendly.

Handy location to walk to local attractions. A room with a balcony is an interesting place to sit outside and watch the nightlife.
