The building was in good condition and the staff and services were ok but cleanliness was very poor. Also , though according to the hotel details, it was near t,he historic center but It was actually about half an hour by taxi, depending on the traffic. No shoppings or restaurants near the hotel

Appropriate for price but general maintenance needs updating. One room had an odour and electrical issue but no option to change rooms. Expedia advertise business economy rooms to have balcony access and air conditioning but neither is the case at the hotel. AC vents had been changed to central heating and blew out hot air because “it is now winter” even though the outdoor temps were between 25-30 degrees Celsius. Would not stay again.

The room looks horrible. The bathroom is disgusting, with dead bugs on the walls, mildew in the shower, and the stench in the room was unbearable. I requested a room change, which likely inconvenienced the gentleman at the front desk, who lacks customer service training. It's nothing compared to the photos shown; it urgently needs remodeling. I don't recommend this place for lodging unless they do a deep cleaning or a complete remodel.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my young family. Originally, no crib for baby when we arrived and when it did, it was broken. No hot/boiling water available to prep baby bottles, when asked at reception they were unempathetic and asked me to look elsewhere. I had to walk over a mile at 12am to find a bar that could issue water. Upon check out, staff just snatched my key card off me. Breakfast is a big positive as well as cleanliness, but overall would not stay again.

Quite a disappointment. Pics and reviews were good but this hotel is in a disadvantaged neighborhood. I wouldn’t walk out at night. Shower cramped and doors didn’t close well. Toilets didn’t flush well. Worst of all the AC didn’t work . Breakfast was ok and wifi worked. Those are the only good points
