Fabulous hotel. Front desk team is superb. Room is spotless and fantastic. Location is perfect for seeing the sites, dining and walking. Overall, a perfect hotel!

The area was great and wasn't far from Termini. However, on the first 2 nights there were ants all over the floor. The front desk moved us at different room. The breakfast was okay but pancakes were extra charge and it didn't taste good.

Great location for OK apartment hotel.

Location is very good for those who want to experience the city. At the heart of the flea market. Very cool. My company made reservations with breakfast and it starts very late. I had to leave to a conference and was unable to attend any breakfast. When asking about this the reply was very disappointing - it's your problem. Not the response I would expect.

The hotel books large tour groups so the lobby would be overly crowded in the morning & afternoon. This made it difficult to move around. Getting in an elevator was a challenge at times because of this. Our room was clean and nice. We did not have electricity in some outlets, TV, or air conditioning for over 24 hours. They did fix it when we told them about it. The location of this hotel is good.
