I arrived in Rome at 445 AM. Took a cab to the Hotel in a desperate hope they might allow me a super early checking. The night clerk said no, but offered me a very cozy chair to nap in until the day clerk arrived. To my delight, I was awakened by the night clerk at 650 AM with the key to my room. He told me there would be a 30 Euro charge, but that mornings breakfast was included. I was so grateful for the thoughtful friendly welcome.

Because we checked in later in the evening and left early the next morning,not a lot of time spent at the hotel. Very disappointed with being charged for a shuttle service,which should be no charge but to charge an extra cost because it was early morning shuttle.

Breakfast was absolutely fabulous! Lots of options, super fresh, super tasty, super clean! Its a must go hotel, and the shuttle bus was incredibly on time exactly 7 minutes from the airport.

The hotel has a beautiful lobby, extremely helpful staff and large rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options. I was very impressed with this hotel.

The room was very disappointing. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and felt old. The air conditioning did not work, and the hotel explained that the thermostat is centrally controlled during winter, which made the room uncomfortably hot. The room was also not properly cleaned. The only positive part of the stay was the restaurant. Overall, not worth the price, even at a low rate.
