I was given an upgrade to a balcony room, which made my last day in Italy special. Facilities and staff were excellent. The buffet breakfast was the best I had in my travels. I appreciated the shuttle bus service to and from the airport.

Convenient and comfortable.

This hotel is quite nice with lovely grounds and lobby. The rooms are nice, especially the ones with a balcony. The older building rooms are smaller and with no balcony. During the winter you do not have any AC and the room gets stuffy, but you can leave the window open for air. The restaurant on site is quite good. The pizza is the best deal. The main reason for staying here is the airport shuttle that runs regularly and only costs 7 euros.

We enjoyed the gym, breakfast and looking at the outdoor area (it was too cold to use the pool or sit outside among the trees). The toiletries could use an upgrade: just hand soap and a shampoo-body wash in the shower. No hair condition or moisturizing lotions.

The check in process was very smooth, and everything was very clean. We were only staying one night before flying out from FCO Airport, the hotel is very close to the airport but not close enough to have to hear all the noise. We would stay here again.

Shuttle was great. Staff were great. They stored several pieces of luggage for a week for us for free. Was a great service that helped us take a short trip without carrying all our luggage. Will go back in future.

This hotel is near the airport and the shuttle to the hotel and back is very convenient. The breakfast was great and cannot rave enough about the coffee and the staff during breakfast. The only disappointing thing was the restaurant at the hotel, the food is gluten free and you have to make reservations for both lunch and dinner. So if you come and your are hungry with no reservations there is nothing near to go get food as the other restaurant to the left of the hotel you need reservations as well. This hotel definitely exceeds in location, cleanliness and the staff was very courteous and most spoke English. We would definitely stay again when in Rome.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times. It is conveniently located to the Roma airport. They have a nice resturant and outside seating with a pool. It is our hotel to stay out a day or 2 before we are catching a flight home.

Great hotel near the airport.

It was our 1 night staying here. Everything was great! The staffs were professional, helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We love how spacious and beautiful this hotel is and it's very close to the airport. We will definitely recommend it to everyone and we will come back on our next trip to Rome.

Front desk on check in was very nice and helpful. However everywhere you go around the hotel requires reservation and nothing is walking distance. Like any place you go thete will be nice staff and not do nice bit we ate Americans and that's how we can be treated at times but overall hotel is very nice and would go back.

We stayed here 3 times during this trip to Italy and have reviewed it previously as well. Let me start with a shout out to Ash, a great bartender. All of the front desk staff are outstanding and it's difficult to single anyone out. They're ALL great. During breakfast, we wound up feeling like Felicia was family. We will absolutely use this hotel again and are genuinely looking forward to seeing our new friends again.

This is the third time that we are staying at this hotel. While the area around the hotel leaves a bit to be desired, the hotel itself is absolutely fantastic. The staff are all wonderful and the restaurant is top notch.
