Silvia and Mr Amil are the most wonderful hosts. the apartment is lovely and with it's own history. the location is just superb with being walking distance to both Colloseum and Termini whilst being in a very local area away from crowds od tourists.

Perfect location to be staying whilst sightseeing in Rome. This place was close to dining, supermarkets and the metro whilst still being fairly quiet at night. Silvia is a fabulous host and very accomodating of our early check in. The place has a kitchen and all you need to cook should you wish. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay! Four nights and the location was magical. Silvia was a great host and gave in full detail the history of the location when we arrived and was given the tour. The one thing I would warn about is the WiFi was very in and out, so if you need it for work or emails then I would consider an alternative.

Everything about this apartment is wonderful. From the kind hosts to the lovely courtyard to the beautiful windows, mystay was absolutely incredible. This is the perfect spot to visit Rome. Walking distance to everything (colesseum is 10 min walk). Our host was in good contact and the apt is so gorgeous and romantic. I wanted to stay longer.

It was a very nice place and fully equipped. We had all we needed to prepare a meal. We also had air-conditioning system in both rooms. I liked that the living room was big and had a large windows with shutters to hide from sun. The location was excellent, we walked 10 min to the Pantheon or train station. Our landlady Sylvia, was replying to my messages very quickly and the check-in was very welcoming. If I come back i will stay here again!
