Loved this small boutique hotel. My single room had everything I needed for a weeklong stay in Rome. Breakfast had a lot of choices, everything’s fresh & delicious. Stefano and the rest of the staff were nice and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!!!

The staff was great. We came in way early, before check in time and of course our room wasn’t ready, yet they very graciously offered us breakfast before we set out for the rest of the day. When we came back to check in, our bags had been placed in our very clean room.

Hotel Gregoriana is a well appointed hotel in a desirable area just off the Spanish Steps. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The shops in the area are mostly luxury stores but there are many great restaurants to choose from. A very walkable area.

The hotel itself was nice and clean, daytime concierge was very pleasant. Close to walking distance to restaurants and attractions. If you’re looking for a hotel with a view this is not the one for you. Taxis usually available if necessary.

The room was very nice and the staff was very helpful. However, the description for the property was not correct. This hotel does not offer transportation. They did arrange a taxi for us to the airport but it was costly. $75 Euros Cash.

The place was clean. Prior reviews about the breakfast were very overrated. The bed in our room was quite hard and uncomfortable. You have to leave your room key at the front desk when leaving each time you head out which feels odd. The shower was warm and the location was close to many sites of interest. Friendly staff.

Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Considering we were staying in a very busy area, we never could tell when we were in the room. The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful. They have 24 hour concierge at the door so you have an extra layer of comfort for security. The location is great because you can jump right to the Spanish steps and down into the main area.

Near the Spanish steps this beautiful boutique hotel was a hidden gem. The front desk staff were all amazing and so helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Absolutely would stay again.

Andrea was very helpful, his best advice was not to take an Uber or taxi from the Airport as the train is very easy to use and only Euro 1.30 per person! Train station is a 10 minute easy walk from the hotel. Even took the 5:10 am train to catch our 8:30 flight out. A great stay for us.
