AirBnb is centrally located and is an easy walk to a lot of the tourist attractions. Area is busy enough without it being crowded. Lots of nice shop & restaurants. There is really nothing that I could fault them on.

I really have no complaints about this property. Air conditioning in the rooms, a dedicated shelf in the refrigerator, a well-appointed kitchen if you feel like cooking. New pillows and a good breakfast would have made this a 5 star review.

The room and bathroom were spacious, and clean, ans the staff all really friendly and helpful. The shower head needs replacing as it was a dodge to get wet! We expected there to be tea and coffee facilities in the room but there was just a kettle, so we bought our own stuff and used the cups from the kitchen. Breakfast seemed overpriced at 10eur per prson for cereal and toast, but again we bought our own stuff. Each room has it's own shelf in the fridge so we were able to buy milk, fruit and food to cook. A fridge in the room would have made it easier as the communal dining area was small.

The rooms were spacious. The shower was a bit tight for my partner but we managed. The lady who ran the b&b was very freindly. Bed was a bit uncomfortable for me and my partner as was quite firm. Loads of stairs as was right on top floor. But had a small lift which we used regularly. Would recommend as in a great part of the city for Vatican and food.

The rooms nor the kitchen do not look exactly like the pictures. There is much less lighting and much smaller then expected. The room is cluttered with all this furniture which makes the space that much smaller. The front desk is not there more than a few hours a day. You can hear noise on the other side of your door clearly which makes for a less private experience. Our room was directly in front of the front desk where you check-in only 3 meters away. We would hear every word of every conversation clearly. Having said that, the room does have a clean bathroom and clean sheets, which is all we needed for 1 day stay. It is out of the touristy areas but close to the Vatican. That's part of why we chose it. The bathroom was an ok size, but shower was way too small. Although on the 5th floor, there is a tiny 'lift' to take up 1 person a piece of luggage at a time. The english is very limited although the owner does try to help as much as he can. He did hold onto our luggage after check out as requested. I would not recommend this hotel for longer than 1-2 days.

Great value

Was great value for money and the facilities were good. A short walk to the Vatican and only a few minutes from Ottaviana metro station to get to the other tourist sights. The only downside was we ran out of toilet paper and they didn't leave us a spare. That aside, we really enjoyed our 3 night stay there and would definitely recommend it

I had a short stay at day by day and definitely recommend staying here. The position is great, very close to the Vatican and the subway. The lady that welcomed me was super helpful and very kind. My bed and my room were very comfortable and actually pretty big, especially for Rome! And the price was perfect.

Short break in Rome - Excellent hotel

Ideally located for sightseeing in Rome, very close to the Vatican City. A very warm welcome when we arrived at the hotel and the staff were very helpful in ensuring that we had a good time and also helped ensure that our airport transfer was organised when we were leaving. The room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable.

The host was very friendly, and though the space itself was nice and very clean, it was very noisy. There was a gap in our door to the common area/kitchen and you could hear everything happening, from cooking to people buzzing the bell.

Convenient place -- 10-minute walk to Vatican

Maurizio was very helpful at check-in. He showed us great routes to take around the city and also took time to explain the amenities available in the guest house, which included free use of the kitchen and utensils as well as fresh oranges to make fresh orange juice with! (They have a juicer). This is more of a guest house/ bed and breakfast than a hotel, which we loved since it had a home feel to it.

A home away from home near the Vatican

This B&B is one of the most pleasant place I've ever been in Rome. As a Roman born Italian-American I was pleasantly surprised to discover that my native city still offers accommodations like this one that combine quality, service and price in a high demand neighborhood like the Vatican area. Owner Gabriella Guantini and his son were extraordinarily professional, friendly and helpful and did everything to make our stay a perfect one. We will definitely be back . And by the way, the morning Nespresso cappuccino was exquisite.

Home away from home in Rome!

This place is ran by an incredible family that do everything possible to make the guest at home, friendly staff, great location, super clean, if I ever go back to Rome I don't have to look for anything else, simply awesome!
